Step 1
Explore the fjord range and use the custom builder on each product page to configure your product, explore colours and finishes, and arrive at a final price in real time.
If you'd like guidance at any point, book a product consultation with our team. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and your order goes straight into production.
Step 2
While your product is in production, we’ll keep you updated and work with you to arrange a delivery date.
Before delivery, we’ll provide detailed site preparation guides, specification sheets and installation requirements to help get the space ready. Where licensed trades are required, we’ll make sure you know exactly what needs to be organised.

Step 3
Your Fjord product will arrive securely packed on a pallet via kerbside delivery.
Before delivery day, review the installation guide provided by our team so your site, access and trades are ready.
We’ll be available throughout the process should you need any support.
Once everything is in place, your cold therapy ritual can begin.
