Highly resistant to corrosion, rust, and chemical exposure, our stainless steel is built for longevity in cold, wet, and high-use environments. Used for the internal tub, it forms the core of the Limfjord’s durable cold immersion chamber.

Hard Drawn Copper

Strong, pressure-rated, and highly conductive, hard drawn copper ensures efficient cooling and long-term reliability in every refrigeration circuit. We use over 24 metres of copper in every Limfjord to deliver consistent, even heat transfer across the system.

Powder-Coated Aluminium

Corrosion-resistant and naturally strong, our powdercoated aluminium offers long-term structural integrity without unnecessary weight. It forms the entire outer frame of the Limfjord, ensuring rigid strength without adding bulk or risk of rust.

Non-Slip Marine Flooring

Soft underfoot yet incredibly durable, our marine-grade flooring offers excellent grip even when wet. It’s UV-resistant, easy to clean, and built to perform in high-moisture, high-use environments.

Dulux Duratec Powder Coat

1. Build and order

Every Fjord ice bath begins as a conversation. Our qualified tradespeople help you design your ideal cold therapy experience, choose colours and finishes, and confirm your delivery timeline. Each bath is built from scratch in our Burleigh Heads factory. Once your design is set, you secure your order and production begins. Lead times can vary from 4 - 12 weeks.

2. Prepare your site

While we build your bath, you prepare the space. This usually means ensuring a solid, level foundation, planning for drainage and airflow, and having a nearby water source ready. These simple steps set you up for a smooth installation and reliable long-term performance.

3. Install

Your Limfjord Pro arrives preassembled and ready to position, with no plumbing required. A licensed electrician connects it to power and installation is complete. Commercial installations may take up to half a day. Units are shipped via TNT/FedEx partner carriers and delivered curbside on a tailgate delivery truck.

4. Setup

Setup covers the final steps. Before powering on, the Limfjord Pro baths are filled with clean water so the system can begin circulating and chilling automatically. Setup may also include connecting the auto-doser, priming the chemical lines, and calibrating the control panel. Most installations are completed within two to three hours.

5. Maintain

Limfjord Pro baths are designed for simple, reliable maintenance. Commercial operators typically clean the filter, refresh the water, and regularly check system operation while monitoring chemical levels, ORP, and pH to maintain consistent water quality. All components are easy to access, making upkeep straightforward.

6. Service

Regular servicing keeps your Limfjord Pro performing at its best. Commercial units are typically serviced every six to twelve months. A standard service takes one to two hours and includes cleaning, calibration, and a full system inspection. Support is available nationwide.
