Every Fjord ice bath begins as a conversation. Our qualified tradespeople help you design your ideal cold therapy experience, choose colours and finishes, and confirm your delivery timeline. Each bath is built from scratch in our Burleigh Heads factory. Once your design is set, you secure your order and production begins. Lead times can vary from 4 - 12 weeks.

While we build your bath, you prepare the space. This usually means ensuring a solid, level foundation, planning for drainage and airflow, and having a nearby water source ready. These simple steps set you up for a smooth installation and reliable long-term performance.
3. Install

Your Limfjord arrives preassembled and ready to position, with no plumbing required. A licensed electrician connects it to power and installation is complete. Most residential installs take a few hours. Units are shipped via TNT/FedEx partner carriers and delivered curbside on a tailgate delivery truck.
4. Setup

Setup covers the final details. Residential baths are filled with clean water before powering on, allowing the system to circulate and chill automatically. Most setups are completed within two to three hours.

Fjord baths are designed for simple, reliable upkeep. Residential owners occasionally clean the filter, refresh the water, and check general operation. All components are easy to access, making maintenance straightforward.

Regular servicing keeps your Fjord performing at its best. Residential baths benefit from an annual check of the circulation and refrigeration system. A standard service takes one to two hours and includes cleaning, calibration, and a full system inspection. Support is available nationwide.
